[ 01 ]Right now, while you're reading this

Somewhere, a 6-person business is outrunning yours because it hired six agents instead of six people.

None of these are hypothetical. Each one is happening, today, in a business that figured out the setup. The only question is whether yours is one of them.

[ 02 ]An agent for every seat at the table

What if every department had an employee who never slept, never forgot, and cost less than your phone bill?

Six places to start. You don't have to deploy them all — most operators pick the one where they're drowning hardest and start there.

Marketing

Drafts. Tests. Reports.

~0h
reclaimed / wk
  • Generates ad copy variants and tags the winners
  • Sends a weekly performance report to Slack, automatically
  • Monitors competitor sites and flags meaningful changes
  • Turns raw customer interviews into first-draft creative briefs

Operations

Triages. Routes. Reports.

~0h
reclaimed / wk
  • Triages incoming Slack / Linear / Asana / email signals
  • Auto-assigns tasks based on routing rules you define
  • Sends a daily digest of what shipped, what stuck, what's escalated
  • Updates SOPs as the team finds new edge cases

Customer Support

Replies. Tags. Escalates.

~0h
reclaimed / wk
  • Drafts first-touch replies in your tone, with full order context
  • Tags inbound by sentiment and urgency before a human looks
  • Escalates only what truly needs a human — and explains why
  • Builds a self-updating FAQ from the questions actually asked

Sales

Enriches. Follows up. Cleans.

~0h
reclaimed / wk
  • Enriches inbound leads with web research before the AE sees them
  • Runs personalized follow-up sequences without templated weirdness
  • Keeps the CRM clean — no stale stages, no duplicates, no orphan deals
  • Drafts intro emails before the first call, with three angles to choose from

Finance

Reconciles. Flags. Summarizes.

~0h
reclaimed / wk
  • Reconciles invoices, payouts, and receipts daily — not monthly
  • Flags anomalies the same hour they happen, not at month-end
  • Sends a Friday cashflow one-pager with the week's deltas
  • Drafts month-end summaries from raw data, ready for review

You (the founder)

Briefs. Drafts. Thinks.

~0h
reclaimed / wk
  • Daily research brief on your top accounts and competitors
  • Inbox triage with a draft reply already written for every email
  • Strategic doc reviews — pulls every cross-reference and prior decision
  • Drafts your weekly investor / team update from your real activity
[ 03 ]The math nobody on your team will run for you

One agent. Ten hours a week. That's the whole pitch.

If a single agent reclaims 10 hours of your week — and most operators land closer to 20 — at a loaded cost of $75 an hour, here's what the spreadsheet says.

Annual value reclaimed
$0
10 hrs/wk × 52 wks × $75
What it costs you
$0
$249.99/mo × 12 — AM included
Cumulative savings · week by week$0
wk 1wk 6wk 12

That's a 13× return on one agent. Your AM helps you ship three or four.

The math is conservative. A consultant on retainer charges this every month and doesn't leave you with the system. An AM does — every agent they help you build is yours forever.

[ 04 ]What's actually in the box

Not a course.A workstation.

You don't finish Zero to AI with a certificate. You finish it with agents running on your machine, a dashboard tracking them, and a roomful of operators who can help you wire the next one.

  • 01A dedicated account manager — your direct line, not a Discord
  • 02Weekly 1:1 working session — bring your screen, leave with shipped agents
  • 03Mission Control template — one dashboard, every agent reports here
  • 04Five pre-built starter agents, customized to your business by your AM
  • 0530+ prompt library built specifically for business operations
  • 06Mac, Windows, and Linux install walkthroughs — no coding background needed
  • 07Private operator-only Slack — high-signal room, not a 1,000-person Discord
  • 08Quarterly business review — your AM audits your stack and proposes the next agent
[ 4.5 ]The person you can call

You don't learn AI. Someone deploys it with you.

The single biggest difference between this tier and the self-serve course is that you have a name in your phone. A real human who scopes your agents, builds them with you on calls, and picks up when one breaks.

Fractional Head of AI. Not a chatbot. Not a TA. Not a Discord moderator. A person.

included

Weekly 1:1 working session

30 min on Zoom. Bring your screen, leave with shipped agents. You don't watch a lesson — you build the thing on the call.

included

Direct Slack line

Their actual handle, not a help-desk queue. Replies within the business day, not 72 hours.

included

Quarterly business review

They audit what you've built, propose the next agent worth shipping, and surface what's leaking time you haven't noticed.

included

On-call when an agent breaks

Schedule changes, a tool deprecates, an API updates. You ping them, they fix it. You don't open the terminal.

included

They write the prompts with you

Every agent in your stack gets the exact tone, the exact rules, the exact context your business needs. Yours, not generic.

included

One name, one face, the whole way

Same AM from week 1 through your renewal. They learn your business. No round-robin support tickets.

[ 05 ]What this replaces

Four ways operators try to solve this problem. One of them works.

Hire one coordinator to do this work
Plus benefits, onboarding, and a 3-month ramp.
$55,000–75,000/yr
Hire an AI consultant on retainer
Senior rate. They build it once, then leave you holding it.
$3,000–8,000/mo
Keep using ChatGPT in a browser tab
Works for one-offs. Doesn't compound. Doesn't run when you sleep.
$20/mo
Zero to AI — self-serve course (separate site)
Same playbooks, no human help. For the DIY operator who wants to figure it out alone.
$39.99/mo
Zero to AI Operator — advisory tier
Same system + a dedicated account manager. You build, they advise. 30-min weekly 1:1. Agents are yours forever.
$249.99/mo
Zero to AI Operator Build — hands-on tier
Everything in Operator + we're in your files writing prompts, configs, and integrations alongside you. Execution, not advisory.
$1,500/mo
[ 06 ]Two ways to deploy

Pick advisory. Or pick execution.

Same agents at the end. Different amount of you doing the building. Both cancel anytime, both keep what you build.

Operator · advisory
$249.99/mo

You build. Your AM advises. 30-min weekly 1:1 sessions, direct Slack line, on-call when an agent breaks. For the operator who wants a person, but wants to own the build.

  • Dedicated account manager — same person every week
  • Weekly 30-min working session on Zoom
  • Direct Slack line — business-day responses
  • Quarterly business review with your AM
  • Full Mission Control template + 5 starter agents
  • 30+ prompt library for business ops
  • Operator-only Slack room
  • On-call agent troubleshooting
  • Every agent you build is yours forever

Operator Build · hands-on
$1,500/mo

We build. You direct. Your builder is in your files writing prompts, configs, and integrations alongside you — not answering questions on Zoom. Execution, not consultation.

  • Everything in Operator, plus —
  • 2–4 hours per week of hands-on build time
  • Builder is in your Mission Control, repo, and prompt files
  • They write the agents — you review and approve
  • Slack response SLA: 4 business hours, not next-day
  • Monthly build prioritization (not quarterly)
  • Custom Claude skills + MCP integrations built for you
  • Production-ready agent configs deployed live
  • 24h SLA on broken agents — they fix it, you don't

Not ready for a $249/mo commitment?

The self-serve course ($39.99/mo) has the same library, the same Mission Control template, and the same starter agents — just without the dedicated AM. Most operators end up here first, then upgrade once they know what they want built.

[ 07 ]What operators actually ask

The honest answers.

What exactly does my account manager do?+

On the Operator tier ($249.99/mo) they own your deployment as an advisor — weekly 30-min 1:1 sessions where you bring your real business and they walk you through building the agents. Direct Slack between sessions, quarterly business review. Think fractional Head of AI, not course TA.

What's the difference between Operator ($249.99) and Operator Build ($1,500)?+

Operator = you build, they advise. Build = we build, you direct. On the Build tier your person is hands-on in your Mission Control, your prompt files, your configs — 2-4 hours per week of actual execution, not Zoom consultation. They write the agents, you review them. Same agents at the end either way; the Build tier just gets you there faster and uses less of your time. Most operators start with $249.99 and upgrade once they want execution velocity.

Can I talk to someone before I commit?+

Yes — the 20-minute fit call (for Operator) or 30-minute strategy call (for Build) is exactly for this. We walk through your business, the agents that would actually move the needle, and which tier fits. If neither fits, we'll point you to the self-serve $39.99/mo course. No sales pressure, no slide deck.

How long until I'm seeing actual results in my business?+

Your first agent is shipping real work by the end of week 1 — your AM scopes it on your first call. Most operators report measurable hours saved by week 2, and Mission Control running their morning routine by week 4. The AM is what makes that timeline real, not aspirational.

I run a business, I'm not technical. Is this actually for me?+

The Operator tier exists precisely because not every business owner wants to read documentation. Your AM does the technical lifts; you bring the business knowledge. Install commands are screenshare'd, agents are configured live on calls, troubleshooting happens in Slack. If you can describe what's slowing you down, your AM can build the agent that fixes it.

What about my data? Is this safe to use with company information?+

AI runs on your own machine, not on someone else's server. Your customer data, your invoices, your internal docs — they stay where they already live. You decide what each agent can read and write, file by file. Your AM signs an NDA on day one and never accesses anything you don't explicitly share.

How is this different from the standard $39.99 Zero to AI course?+

The course is a self-serve library — videos, prompts, templates, a Discord. You figure it out. The Operator tier is that same library plus a human who builds it with you, in your business, on your schedule. Same agents at the end; very different path to get there. Most operators value their time more than the price gap.

Can my team share one subscription?+

The AM relationship is 1:1 with a designated business contact (usually the owner or COO). Your team can sit in on the weekly sessions and observe everything. If you need separate AMs per team member, that's a multi-seat conversation — book the fit call and we'll talk through it.

What happens if I cancel?+

Every agent installed on your computer is yours forever. Your Mission Control. Your prompts. Your CLAUDE.md memory files. They keep running. What you lose is the account manager relationship, the weekly sessions, the operator Slack, and new content. No data is taken from you.

The next 90 days

The next quarter is happening either way.So is your competitor's deployment.

Pick the side you're on. The window of unfair advantage closes around 2028. After that, "the business with the AI agents" isn't a differentiator anymore — it's the floor.
